Through Speed the Light, our missionaries are provided the tools they need to speed the gospel around the world. And they are grateful for the sacrifices students have made and continue to make so that people can hear the message of hope. If every student gave just $100 to STL each year, every missionary's vehicle and equipment needs would be met!

African Bible School

Below is a note of thanks we received from the salesman who facilitated the order and purchase of the STL van for the African Bible school. I thought you might enjoy reading it, too.

Good morning!
I want to begin with praising the Lord God for his goodness. For a long, long time, I haven't seen a more joyful and thankful bunch than those I saw yesterday.
It was, as you know, my privilege to deliver the new STL bus to the Bible school. Shadrack met me at the station and requested to drive the bus back to the school. He was literally in seventh heaven! Entering the gate of the school premises, he started blowing the hooter and drove all around the campus, blowing the hooter all the way! The people came out of the rooms and one young lady broke a branch off a tree and began sweeping the road in front of the bus! Made me think of Jesus' entrance into Jerusalem and the people covering the road with palm leaves. What a prophetic gesture this was. These people were SO thankful that it just plainly amazes me.
I wish you could see for yourself how overwhelmed they all were with this great gift.
I thank you for the wonderful experience of being involved in supplying this van for the school. I trust the Lord along with you that it will deliver outstanding service, and we have all prayed together for the Lord's angels to protect it and guard it against accidents and theft.
