Stories

Through Speed the Light, our missionaries are provided the tools they need to speed the gospel around the world. And they are grateful for the sacrifices students have made and continue to make so that people can hear the message of hope. If every student gave just $100 to STL each year, every missionary's vehicle and equipment needs would be met!

Here are just a few of the testimonies we've received from our missionaries and the students who have sacrificed:

We are so thankful for the STL vehicle we drive in ministry here in Belgium. On a daily basis, we also work with audio and video equipment provided through STL funds. Here is just one testimony out of many that I could give you.

Several years ago, International Media Ministries recognized a need to produce Christian children's programs in the French language. Over several months, the first series of 13 fifteen-minute programs were written and videotaped using professional video and audio equipment provided by Speed the Light. Since then, there have been dozens of additional programs produced.

The impact of this program, which features live actors and puppet characters, has been far reaching. In addition to being used in the Belgian public schools system religion classes as part of their regular curriculum, they have been used in over 22 French-speaking countries. Also, the Russian version of this program has been used in 10 different republics of Russia, having been broadcast on television, used in children's clubs, or in Sunday School programs.

Using our Speed the Light equipment, we are able to reach many areas of the world where missionaries cannot yet go.
