Through Speed the Light, our missionaries are provided the tools they need to speed the gospel around the world. And they are grateful for the sacrifices students have made and continue to make so that people can hear the message of hope. If every student gave just $100 to STL each year, every missionary's vehicle and equipment needs would be met!
Here are just a few of the testimonies we've received from our missionaries and the students who have sacrificed:
Italy

Well, as you will hear from all of the missionaries, we literally could not do adequate ministry without Speed the Light! In Italy, if we had to buy a car with our own funds, we would only be able to afford a piece of junk.
Our STL Volvo was an especially well-used vehicle. We usually treated it like a truck, hauling equipment for tent outreaches, carrying great numbers of people to and from meetings, and carrying out quite a few rescues of different sorts. Life in Italy is always interesting, and driving is always exciting. Thanks to STL, we were able to have a vehicle that was safe and protected us from the crazy traffic. It was also the twin to the only other Volvo like it in our village, which belonged to a local Mafia man. We always seemed to gets lots of respect driving that car!
Speed the Light vehicles must be truly blessed by God to withstand all that they do. I know we are truly blessed by God for these vehicles and especially for the youth who sacrifice to give them to us.
