Through Speed the Light, our missionaries are provided the tools they need to speed the gospel around the world. And they are grateful for the sacrifices students have made and continue to make so that people can hear the message of hope. If every student gave just $100 to STL each year, every missionary's vehicle and equipment needs would be met!
Here are just a few of the testimonies we've received from our missionaries and the students who have sacrificed:
Albania

To be honest, it's hard to imagine what our ministry would be like without Speed the Light. We have been blessed with a STL Land Rover, thanks to the young people and churches of the Georgia district. It is a tough, 4-wheel drive vehicle that is perfectly suited for the rugged terrain of Albania.
When we first got to Albania, we had to ride our bicycles, summer and winter, rain and shine, with our baby daughter in a carrier on our backs, just to get to language study. We were SO thankful to get out of the weather and into our STL vehicle!
With our STL vehicle, we have been able to help transport humanitarian aid into Albania. And, a few summers back, we drove a medical missionary team up to mountain villages where only vehicles like ours could go. Hundreds of people received medical care and heard the gospel message through this team. Also, when we were asked to fill in as pastors in a remote village for three weeks, we were able to because our STL vehicle could get us through the mountain roads and through the river. It would not have been possible otherwise.
One family in an outlying Muslim village became the first and only Christian family in their village. They asked us to hold meetings in their home and reach out to their community. Again, we were able to only because we had a vehicle to get us there.
Our lives and ministries would be so limited without STL! Your sacrifices mean a great deal to us, and we thank God and the students of America for partnering together to make it happen. Speed the Light is a great blessing and tool for AG missions and the whole kingdom of God around the world.
