Through Speed the Light, our missionaries are provided the tools they need to speed the gospel around the world. And they are grateful for the sacrifices students have made and continue to make so that people can hear the message of hope. If every student gave just $100 to STL each year, every missionary's vehicle and equipment needs would be met!

Eastern European Bible College in Romania

By this letter, we want to express our gratitude and thankfulness to Speed the Light and the Minnesota District of the Assemblies of God for the generous provision for the purchase of a Volkswagen van for the EEBC students’ evangelistic outreach ministry.
The fact that this money was available at the beginning of 2009, when the financial crisis affects the entire world is for us a miracle from the Lord. We praise God for the new van, available for the start of the second semester of the school year, because we can now double EEBC’s missionary effort in spreading the good news and extending the Kingdom through the students’ involvement in evangelism, church planting, social assistance, and Christian education. We are aware that being blessed through this donation, we have to be responsible in our task to use the van for the designated purpose and we are sure that this will bring glory to the Kingdom.
May the Lord abundantly reward your efforts in raising this money and directing it to EEBC!
The board of EEBC, the staff, and the students send to you our feelings of appreciation for your faith in action as it is expressed by the Apostle Paul, in 2 Corinthians 9:12-15:
“For the ministry of this service is not only fully supplying the needs of the saints, but is also overflowing through many thanksgivings to God. Because of the proof given by this ministry they will glorify God for your obedience to your confession of the gospel of Christ, and for the liberality of your contribution to them and to all, while they also, by prayer on your behalf, yearn for you because of the surpassing grace of God in you.
